Why Medrack exists
When a prescribed oncology medicine is difficult to locate, patients and families are often left to navigate product names, country requirements, documents and uncertain claims on their own. Medrack was built to make that first step more practical: find the prescribed medicine, prepare the relevant details once, and start a serious referral conversation.
We are not a public price list, prescriber or dispensing pharmacy. We are a referral bridge for oncology medicine enquiries where any next step has to be considered case by case.
Principles that guide our work
We keep the referral separate from clinical care and dispensing. The treating oncology team remains responsible for treatment decisions and monitoring. Medrack does not select a medicine or recommend a substitution.
A catalogue listing is a starting point for an enquiry. It does not identify a dispensing pharmacy or country, confirm a manufacturer or pack, or promise that a medicine can be supplied.

- Reviews whether a practical referral path may exist. We consider the medicine, the available information and the destination context before suggesting that there could be a useful next conversation.
- Connects the case to the appropriate next step. Where appropriate, we explain what further verification, documentation or communication is relevant. We do not shortcut the process with assumed availability, pricing or delivery promises.
