What we are

Medrack Health provides information and accepts requests for case-by-case oral cancer medicine access assessments in Ghana and Kenya. We are not a prescriber and do not provide medical advice; always consult the patient's treating clinician.

Prescriptions

Prescription-only medicines require a valid prescription from the patient's treating clinician before an eligible case can progress. We do not issue prescriptions. A website request is not an accepted order or a promise of supply.

Eligibility and lawful import

Cross-border access is subject to case-specific requirements and the destination authority's discretion. We assess whether an appropriate route may be available, but do not guarantee import approval, customs clearance or supply. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

Costs and payment

Medrack.Health does not publish prices or take payment online. If an eligible case is identified, the manufacturer option, documentation, total cost and any further arrangements are confirmed in writing before you decide whether to proceed.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. We are not liable for decisions made by customs authorities or for inaccurate information supplied in a request. Any further liability and delivery terms are set out only if a case proceeds in writing.
