Operator and agreement

Medrack is operated by A to Z Link from 177, Shree Gopal Nagar, Gopalpura By Pass Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302019, India. By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you submit an enquiry, the Privacy policy also applies. Any later order is subject to the separate Order and fulfilment terms and the written terms disclosed before payment.

Who may use the service

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into an agreement. If you act for a patient, you confirm that you have authority to provide the patient’s information and documents and to communicate about the enquiry. A parent or lawful guardian must act for a patient under 18.

What the website provides

You may browse medicine and service information, prepare a list of prescribed medicines and submit a genuine enquiry for case-specific assessment. A to Z Link coordinates the initial enquiry. Neither A to Z Link nor Medrack is presented on this website as the prescribing clinician or dispensing pharmacy.

Website content is general information. It is not diagnosis, prescribing, treatment advice or a substitute for the treating oncology team. Medicine suitability, dose, monitoring and treatment decisions remain with the treating healthcare professional.

An enquiry is not an order

Submitting an enquiry does not reserve stock, set a price or supply quantity, create a payment obligation, confirm a dispensing pharmacy, approve import or customs clearance, or promise delivery. An automated reference or acknowledgement only confirms receipt.

If a case may proceed, the responsible seller or dispensing party, medicine, quantity, total charges, payment method, cancellation terms and delivery arrangement must be identified separately in writing. A contract is formed only in the manner stated in those written terms.

Prescription and verification

You must provide accurate, current and complete information. A valid current prescription from the treating clinician may be required before any proposal can be considered. Submission of a prescription does not require any party to accept the enquiry. A responsible dispensing party may need to verify the prescription, patient, destination and permitted quantity and may decline or seek clarification.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• submit false, misleading, forged, altered, unlawfully obtained or unauthorised information or documents;
• seek a medicine for resale, diversion or an unlawful purpose through the patient enquiry form;
• attempt to bypass security, access another person’s information, introduce malicious code, scrape the website at unreasonable volume or send automated submissions; or
• copy or use website content or branding in a way that infringes intellectual property or falsely suggests an endorsement or relationship.

We may restrict access, reject an enquiry or preserve relevant records where reasonably necessary to protect patients, comply with law, prevent misuse or investigate a security concern.

Catalogue and third-party references

Catalogue entries and brand references help identify the medicine stated on a prescription. They are not an offer for sale, guarantee of availability, statement of the dispensing country or permission to import. Trade names, logos and other third-party marks belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Their content, services and privacy practices are controlled by the third party.

Website availability

We may correct, update, suspend or withdraw website content or functionality. We do not promise that the website will always be available or error-free. This does not affect rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Responsibility and legal rights

To the extent permitted by law, A to Z Link is not responsible for decisions made contrary to a treating clinician’s advice, information you provide inaccurately, or the independent acts of customs authorities, regulators, couriers, sellers or dispensing parties. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, remedies or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory right you may have to bring a consumer complaint or other proceeding elsewhere. Please contact us first so that we can try to resolve the concern.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms for future use of the website. A material revision will show a new effective date and version and will not retrospectively change an accepted order.
