Your contact and access-request details can be health information. We treat them accordingly.
What we collect
- Contact details you enter (name, email, country).
- Order and enquiry details (medicine, strength, quantity, destination).
- Prescription status, where you choose to provide it. The public site does not accept prescription-document uploads.
How we use it
Only to assess and respond to your request, provide support, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Fraud and abuse prevention
Our request forms use Cloudflare Turnstile and rate limits to help prevent automated submissions and abuse. Turnstile may process technical information needed to distinguish people from bots. It does not replace our prescription and case review.
Prescription documents
Do not upload or send prescription documents through this website, email or social chat. If an eligible case needs a document review, we will first explain the secure process. We will not enable public document uploads until the storage, access roles, retention period and deletion process have been documented and legally reviewed.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing medrackhq@gmail.com. If you are in the UK or EU, you have rights under UK GDPR / GDPR, including the right to complain to your data-protection authority.
