Who is responsible for your information

Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you browse the catalogue, prepare an enquiry or contact us. This may include:

• the contact person’s name, email address and telephone number;
• the patient’s name and treatment country;
• medicine name, strength, quantity, enquiry notes and the page from which the enquiry began;
• prescriptions and any supporting document you choose to submit; and
• technical and security information such as IP address, request time, email and telephone verification results, rate-limiting records and bot-check results.

Prescription documents and information about a person’s health are sensitive personal information. Please provide only information relevant to the enquiry.

Why we use it

We use personal information to receive and assess an enquiry, verify contact details, communicate about the request, prevent fraud or misuse, keep necessary records, investigate complaints and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use prescription documents for advertising.

Where we ask for consent, you may withdraw it by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out and may mean that we cannot continue the enquiry. We may also retain or use limited information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, establish or defend a claim, or protect the website and its users.

If you provide another person’s information

You must be authorised to provide the patient’s information and documents. If the patient is under 18, a parent or lawful guardian must submit or authorise the enquiry. Do not ask a child to submit personal information directly through this website.

Prescription documents

Prescription documents are sent to private document storage. They are not made available through public links and are not attached to routine notification emails. Access is restricted to authorised people who need the document to review or manage the enquiry.

Retention depends on whether the enquiry is active, proceeds further, becomes the subject of a complaint or must be kept for security or legal record keeping. We do not keep prescription documents or enquiry records longer than reasonably necessary for those purposes.

Who may receive information

We may share only the information reasonably needed with:

• providers supporting website hosting, private document storage, email, security and contact verification;
• professional advisers, auditors or authorities where disclosure is required or permitted by law; and
• an identified dispensing pharmacy, seller or other responsible fulfilment party only if the enquiry may proceed and the disclosure is needed for that next step.

A dispensing or fulfilment party may have its own privacy notice and legal duties. We do not ask you to send prescriptions through informal chat or ordinary email.

Storage outside your country

Our technology and communication providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where this occurs, we require an appropriate service arrangement and use reasonable measures intended to protect the information. A destination shown in the medicine catalogue does not describe where personal information is stored.

Cookies and local storage

The website uses browser storage to keep the medicines in your enquiry list on your device. Security services may also use essential cookies or similar technology to verify that a submission is made by a person. We do not currently use advertising cookies. Security

We use administrative and technical safeguards designed for the information handled by the service, including access controls, private document storage, contact verification, bot protection and rate limiting. No website, storage system or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. If you believe information has been misused or exposed, contact us promptly.

The bot protection on our forms is Cloudflare Turnstile. It runs invisibly, so nothing appears on the page and you are not asked to complete a puzzle. It reads signals from your browser to judge whether a submission comes from a person rather than an automated program. Cloudflare states that Turnstile processes only the data needed for that check, and that it does not access, store or transmit form entries or other page inputs. On this website that means it does not read the enquiry details you type or the prescription documents you upload. Cloudflare handles the information it does collect under its Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Your choices and requests

You may ask for access to or correction of your personal information, request deletion where applicable, withdraw consent, or raise a concern about how information is handled. Email care@medrack.health from the address used for the enquiry and include the enquiry reference where available. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. Some information may be retained where required by law or needed to resolve a matter already underway.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy to reflect a change in the service or legal requirements. The effective date and version will change when a material revision is published.
