Helping someone who already has a prescription?
A family member can start an information request, including from another country. The patient’s treating team remains responsible for treatment decisions, and any possible route is assessed case by case.
What to keep ready
- The medicine name and prescribed strength
- The patient’s name exactly as it appears on the prescription
- The treatment destination: Ghana or Kenya
- A clear prescription, if it has already been issued
What happens after a request
We first verify the information needed to assess the case. If a lawful route may be available, the proposed medicine details, documentation, delivery method and total cost are confirmed in writing before any payment decision. A request is not an accepted order or a promise of supply.
For urgent treatment needs
Speak with the patient’s treating oncology team and a local licensed pharmacy first. Medrack.Health is not an emergency delivery service.
