Keep the patient name, medicine name, strength and treating clinician’s instructions together. A request cannot replace a prescription or a clinical review.
What local options have been discussed?
Where treatment is urgent, speak to the treating team and a local licensed pharmacy first. A cross-border route is not an emergency delivery service.
What will be confirmed before any payment?
For an eligible case, the proposed medicine details, documentation requirements, lawful route, delivery method and total cost should be confirmed in writing before a patient or caregiver decides whether to proceed.
