How an access request works
Medrack.Health helps genuine, prescription-based requests find out whether a documented route to the requested medicine may be available. Every request is reviewed before availability, a final quote or any delivery next step is confirmed.
- Find the medicine and treatment destination. Browse selected oral cancer medicines for Ghana or Kenya. Public pages provide medicine information, not a price list.
- Submit an assisted request. Tell us the prescribed medicine, strength, patient name and destination. A caregiver may submit for a family member.
- Share the prescription securely. Upload a clear prescription when available. We use it to assess the request against the patient name and treatment details. We do not provide medical advice or issue prescriptions.
- We assess the case. We review the request, product availability, manufacturer, batch/expiry information and destination-specific next steps. Some requests cannot proceed; we explain why where we can.
- Receive written details before payment. If a request is eligible, we confirm the proposed product, documentation and total before sending offline payment instructions.
- Proceed only after confirmation. Once a case is confirmed offline, the access team provides the applicable documentation, fulfilment and tracking updates.
Our role is to connect the right people and information. We coordinate a careful referral-style assessment between the patient or caregiver, the treating team where needed, and the appropriate medicine, documentation and delivery pathway. We do not replace the treating clinician, a destination-country pharmacy or the responsible importer.
Important for patients: Medrack.Health is an access-coordination service for selected medicines. A submitted request is not an accepted order, clinical recommendation or guarantee of supply. For urgent symptoms or treatment decisions, contact your treating oncology team.
