Olaparib is the active ingredient in Lynparza, used for brca-mutated ovarian, breast, pancreatic and prostate cancers (parp inhibitor). It is supplied as a tablet in strengths of 100 mg, 150 mg, made to WHO-GMP standards by established Indian manufacturers.

Olaparib is a PARP inhibitor. In cancers with faulty DNA repair (such as BRCA mutations), it blocks the backup repair pathway too, so the cancer cells accumulate fatal DNA damage.
Usually taken twice daily, with or without food, continuously as the oncologist prescribes. Requires confirmation of a relevant mutation.
