Palbociclib is the active ingredient in Ibrance, used for hr+/her2- advanced breast cancer (cdk4/6 inhibitor). It is supplied as a capsule in strengths of 75 mg, 100 mg, 125 mg, made to WHO-GMP standards by established Indian manufacturers.

Palbociclib is a CDK4/6 inhibitor. It blocks the enzymes that let cancer cells divide, pausing the cell cycle and slowing tumour growth when combined with hormone therapy.
Usually 125 mg once daily for 21 days followed by 7 days off, in 28-day cycles, with hormone therapy - exactly as the oncologist prescribes. Blood counts are monitored.
