Ribociclib is a CDK4/6 inhibitor that blocks the enzymes driving cancer-cell division, slowing tumour growth alongside hormone therapy.
Usually 600 mg once daily for 21 days then 7 days off, in 28-day cycles, with hormone therapy, as the oncologist prescribes. Heart rhythm (ECG) and bloods are monitored.
